Terms of Service

A Canine Social Club (hereto after referred to as "the club")
 

Club Membership required.

Terms of Service (TOS) and Standard conditions specifically related to activated and revokable membership.


Functioning Club Authority: 

A wholly "Owner-operated" club with exclusive governance via the following amendable charter. This charter and all it's related elements exists under the SOLE authority of the club owners. The club owners, and where authorized their club operational personnel, shall retain the COMPLETE and SOLE authority to implement and execute at their OWN PERSONAL DISCRETION all club charter guidelines, elements, responsibilities, and member-related privileges and responsibilities (including but not limited to those stated within this document). This charter may only be amended by "The Club Owners" ... Amendments do not require membership approval processes nor is there ANY obligation upon the Club owners to pre-notify or update members of charter changes, additions, omissions, or amendments. An "up-to-date," currently IN EFFECT CHARTER will be posted for all members (and prospective members) at the entrance to the club's operating private property, the club's primary counter reception area, and via a club related official "on-line" membership sign-up presence.

 

Charter Scope

This charter shall guide ALL related aspects with regards to TERMS and CONDITIONS of club membership as well as all other club rules and enforceable club regulations. Items not specifically addressed are reserved for the sole creation, adoption, and execution by the club owner's and by those authorized by said owners.


Club Charter ... Primary Mission Statement

Togs for Dogs and Cats Too of El Dorado Hills (EDH) CA, or "the club" functions for the use and practical enjoyment of all it's approved members in good standing.  The club will strive to efficiently and effectively serve ... "it's members' associated pet-related needs, their companion pet's best interests and as a valued asset to the community at large."  The club's guiding motivation simply revolves around "the active celebration of the life-long relationships which connect people and their respective animal companions".

It shall be individually incumbent upon every interested club joiner to carefully review all aspects of this charter, i.e. TOS, (including but not limited to the key designated guidelines which outline, "privileges, responsibilities, grounds for warnings and/or revocation of club membership status."). Where a potential club joiner seeks to sign up other additional family members (either on-line or in person) within the charters' auspices for family memberships, it shall be that specific joinee's responsibility to assure THAT ALL club joiners are FAMILIAR and AGREE to abide by all covenants contained within the most currently available club charter. The club owner's will accept on good faith (and in a fully binding fashion) that all those who have signed up under the terms of a family membership have read and understood this charter's most current terms AND by association DO FULLY AGREE to abide by all elements contained within said club charter.

 


Joining the Club 

Membership is FREE but remains strictly a privilege. 

Those wishing to join must simply provide their name (18 and over), a current email address (all attempts will be made to insure privacy, email addresses will not be knowingly conveyed ... however, the Club, it's owners and operators are to be held harmless regarding any such issues) ... and in the case of related minor family members (under 18), the family member/s first name/s ... AND then AGREE / ACT in accordance with "all posted on-site rules and regulations (as monitored and assessed by your on-site club operator/s) AND all elements described herein". Joinees become members ONLY after they have agreed to the complete TOS and have received club approval notification on-line. Operational staff retains the right to refuse service to anyone.

All members, as well as any person/s crossing the designated property entry point, DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK. ALL PROSPECTIVE Members who agree to this TOS (by clicking "Join Togs") do by the very act of joining agree to hold Togs for Dogs and Cats Too, it's owner's, operators, and all related agents, "HARMLESS" , with regard to any and all prospective damages. On site members shall be solely responsible for their own actions and safety, their minor children's actions/safety, as well as the behaviors of the pet/s which they have brought onto club property. NO AGGRESSIVE PETS OR PETS BEGINNING TO SHOW SIGNS OF AGGRESSION ARE PERMITTED ON CLUB GROUNDS AT ANY TIME. ONLY MEMBERS may be on club grounds with the exception of those "visiting and considering club membership" and "those accessing the low cost VIP pet vaccination clinic". No on site solicitation by members is permitted without prior written approval.

Warnings and Membership Revocation

As membership is a privilege, TOS warnings can result in membership revocation.

Excessive violations and/or gross violation/s of either the posted on-site rules and/or these TOS may result in immediate and irreversible revocation of membership (including necessarily any and all related "minor" family members) ... Warnings and revocations are at the sole discretion of the owner/s and/or authorized operational personnel.

The goal is simply to enjoy each other's company (please try to be patient with fellow members), share in our love of animals, and above all ... to experience friendly, fun, and memorable times.
